Furthermore, you will pay a higher commission for outdated and unqualified advice.” After may  consultant has shortlisted the 3 best agents for your sale, Craig personally takes them through your property, one by one, before having them complete his comprehensive ’11 Point Brief.’ After receiving each of the agents’ submissions, which are forwarded to our clients, we then drill down and review the submissions producing a comprehensive 5 page analysis, and present this to you.
